Job summary

Titan Security Group in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Security Scheduling Manager to supervise daily security operations. You will establish and optimize schedules to reduce overtime, build client and staff relationships, and report to senior management.

The role requires leadership experience in security or customer service, strong English skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A pre-employment background check and license as applicable are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 2 years prior satisfactory employment as a supervisor in security or customer service position.
• Experience in a heavy volume call center is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a security license (if required by the state).
• Must read, write, speak and understand English; bilingual is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and review schedules to minimize overtime.
• Build and maintain relationships with client and employees.
• Report operational matters to VP Operations or senior management.
• Coordinate support services to meet client site goals.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct appraisals.
