You will drive revenue targets, own portfolio strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to protect customers’ critical assets in a dynamic digital landscape. The role emphasizes operational excellence, leadership development, and driving transformation while partnering with Cisco Americas to deliver strategic outcomes

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in management and/or sales leadership.
• Experience with revenue responsibility and sales quota management.
• Experience in cross-functional or general management within a matrixed environment.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Security Sales Team across the US Global Enterprise Segment.
• Own the full security portfolio sales strategy and forecast management.
• Drive market share growth and new logo acquisition initiatives.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and creativity.
• Drive pipeline development, hiring, performance management, and certifications.
• Collaborate with across Cisco Americas—Portfolio Sales, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Enablement, Channels, and Customer Success.
• Articulate a long-term vision for the Security business to inspire action.
