Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Presales Engineering Lead for SMB across the US. You will lead a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers, align Cisco architectures with SMB needs, and translate complex cyber concepts into actionable strategies.

Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to shape technical strategies, engage CXOs on strategic accounts, and drive market expansion while delivering customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional experience working in cybersecurity presales, engineering, or solution architecture.
• Proven knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, emerging threats, and industry-standard technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers to align Cisco architectures with SMB needs.
• Drive technical sales strategy by translating complex cybersecurity concepts into approachable, actionable initiatives for diverse audiences.
• Manage strategic customer engagements, including high-level interactions with CXOs and directors on large competitive deals.
• Facilitate cross-architecture collaboration with Engineering, CX, and marketing units to ensure client-focused solutions and continued technological evolution.
• Execute actionable sales initiatives that emphasize market expansion and revenue growth to maintain Cisco's market leadership.
