Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Safe and Secure Associate II to protect associates, customers, and assets at our facility. You will act as the ambassador at gates, enforce egress/digress procedures, and support inventory control through a variety of safety-focused tasks.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, are able to lift up to 60 pounds, and can operate SAS App and CCTV review tools. This is a full-time, hourly position with 24/7 operations at the site.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and transport up to 60 pounds.
• Requires standing for extended periods and handling various physical tasks.
• Requires driving and computer data entry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a service-first approach in all duties.
• Be the face of Carvana to associates, vendors, and visitors at gates.
• Assist with badge creation, CCTV reviews, and other safety-related requests.
• Document vehicle destinations and locations with SAS App and RFID tech.
• Support inventory control and incident response efforts.
• Mentor and train newer associates as experience grows.
