GardaWorld Security is hiring a Security Supervisor in Tulsa to lead Security Officers, ensure safety across posts, and deliver exceptional customer service at the client site.

You will supervise daily operations, coordinate staffing, and mentor Officers while following post orders and security procedures. The role requires strong leadership and communication, plus flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to report to all scheduled shifts on time.
• Ability to work the assigned schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to pass an extensive background screening process.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and provide direction to Security Officers.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
• Previous security, military, law enforcement, or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Current CLEET license or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Security Officers while ensuring all assigned duties, post orders, and security procedures are followed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming visitors, verifying identification, and assisting employees and guests.
• Supervise daily security operations and help ensure appropriate security coverage across assigned posts.
• Conduct routine checks of Security Officers to ensure professionalism, attendance, uniform standards, and compliance with site procedures.
• Assist with training, coaching, and providing ongoing guidance to Security Officers.
• Control access to the property by ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
• Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols to identify security or safety concerns.
• Monitor and inspect security equipment and report any maintenance or operational issues.
• Take a leadership role when responding to incidents, emergencies, and alarms while ensuring established procedures are followed.
• Provide basic first aid when appropriate and coordinate with emergency responders as needed.
• Answer questions and provide assistance in person and by phone.
• Prepare and review accurate incident, activity, and daily reports.
• Communicate security concerns, incidents, staffing issues, and operational needs promptly to management and clients.
• Assist with coordinating shift coverage and responding to staffing needs when necessary.
• Serve as a point of contact for Security Officers and assist with resolving issues or escalating concerns to management when appropriate.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by remaining alert, providing leadership, and responding effectively to unexpected situations.
