Qualifications

• Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid, clean driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate master staffing roster for the account.
• Coordinate employee leave requests and absences.
• Respond promptly to client concerns and operational issues.
• Promote GardaWorld values and standards.
• Conduct security surveys and provide recommendations.
• Monitor performance of Quick Reaction Force personnel.
• Ensure proper posting and timely notification of changes.
• Maintain disciplinary standards and accountability.
• Track account costs and overtime for financial performance.
• Develop supervisors for advancement and retention.
• Maintain client relationships for long-term retention.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Become proficient in company software systems.
