GardaWorld is seeking a Security Operations Manager in Atlanta to lead the day-to-day security services, ensure contract compliance, and drive client satisfaction. You will supervise staff, engage with clients, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver top-tier security solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years of security management experience, and the ability to manage multiple sites and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Valid driver's license with eligible driving record.
• Minimum 5 years security management experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites.
• Experience with scheduling, billing, and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security services to facilities and ensure high standards.
• Build and maintain strong client and staff relationships as liaison with GardaWorld.
• Meet with clients regularly to address problems and provide updates.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
• Visit sites to review reports, provide training, and ensure contract compliance.
