Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Security Project Manager for our contract security services team. The role focuses on maintaining high on-site performance, handling client issues, and delivering detailed presentations to showcase security service expertise.

You will update databases, review compliance, manage billing, and drive data analysis for reports. You will lead projects, guide customers through onboarding, and ensure the security program delivers long-term success while meeting KPIs and client

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in security operations leadership/supervision, with a proven track record of handling increasingly complex responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
