Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. in Commerce, GA is seeking a Site Training Manager to design and deliver high-quality training for security personnel and staff.

You’ll shape a culture of excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure teams are confident, capable, and prepared. This full-time role requires 3–5 years in training/security, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and a focus on licensing, credentials, and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional training/security experience with emphasis on QA, licensing/credentials, and contract compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record meeting company vehicle/insurance standards.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in security industry, law enforcement, and/or military is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs (classroom, online, self-study) for security and non-security staff.
• Create and manage monthly/quarterly training calendars with leadership.
• Conduct initial, refresher, and specialized training to meet licensing and contract requirements.
• Monitor training effectiveness and staff performance; adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and performance data.
• Coach and evaluate field training officers and support their development.
• Provide security awareness training during onboarding and ongoing sessions.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and department leaders to align training with organizational goals.
• Recommend improvements to training delivery and security service effectiveness.
• Support recruiting and hiring processes when needed.
• Maintain certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid, AED) and stay current on policies and procedures.
