Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead security and compliance initiatives within the PMO. You will drive delivery across security, engineering, infrastructure, and legal teams, focusing on predictable roadmaps and timely outcomes.

You will collaborate with auditors and vendors, manage risk, and leverage AI-driven tools to streamline reporting, tracking, and communication while maintaining high accountability and clarity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information security, CS, or related.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience delivering security or compliance initiatives in fast-moving environments.
• Working knowledge of information security concepts, ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
• Strong foundations in RAID management, dependency mapping, stakeholder management, planning and scope across Agile, Waterfall, or Kanban.
• Experience with project management and GRC tooling (e.g., Jira, Vanta) and cloud security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver predictable security roadmaps with clear progress, risks, mitigations, and trade-offs for leadership decisions.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies across security and compliance workstreams.
• Maintain momentum across cross-functional teams, auditors, and external vendors to stay aligned and unblocked.
• Ensure smooth delivery by surfacing issues early and proposing actionable solutions to reduce security complexity.
• Coordinate audits, vendor assessments, and evidence requests well ahead of deadlines.
