Job summary

Tech Mirrors is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to own the master plan across security workstreams in an onsite San Diego setup. You will drive sprint planning and retrospectives for an agile pod and prepare regular leadership updates on progress and risks.

You will track external dependencies with InfoSec and vendors, and coordinate hyper care periods following major milestones. Ideal candidates hold PMP/PRINCE2, strong facilitation skills, and experience in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification required.
• Experience working with security/IT operations tooling.
• Experience in regulated/pharma environments preferred.
• Strong meeting facilitation and reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master program plan across all security workstreams.
• Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives for the agile pod and deliver program status updates to leadership.
• Track dependencies with InfoSec and vendors; coordinate hyper care after major milestones.
