Job summary

Hard Rock Digital seeks a Technology Project Manager to drive cloud and DevOps initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery with high accountability. You will coordinate across engineering, infrastructure, security, product, compliance, and operations to remove friction and improve predictability.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in IT infrastructure PM, strong cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP), and experience with Jira or Monday.com and platform engineering tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 5 years of project management delivering complex IT infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong cloud knowledge (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• RAID management, dependency mapping, stakeholder management, planning, and scope control across Agile/Waterfall/Kanban.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience with PM tooling (Jira, Monday.com) and platform engineering practices (Backstage, Terraform/IAC).
• Experience applying AI-driven tools to modern PM, from automation to insights.
• Nice-to-have: sports betting and/or iGaming exposure.

Responsibilities

• Predictable Technology Intake and Cloud & DevOps roadmaps with clear progress visibility.
• Comprehensive project plans covering timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies.
• Maintain momentum across cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Ensure smooth delivery, raise issues early, and simplify technical complexity.
• Deploy cloud solutions that meet objectives with security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Increase operational efficiency using AI and automation for reporting and tracking.
• Introduce lightweight structure and repeatable habits for cloud infra/ops processes.
• Provide transparent updates with metrics and stakeholder-focused communication.
