RedStream Technology seeks a Director of Technology Program Management to own the operating system for delivery of technology initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end portfolio governance, lifecycle management, and executive reporting, ensuring alignment with strategy and rapid, controlled execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology program or portfolio management, with leadership of PMO or program management.
• Strong governance and stage-gated delivery experience in tech organizations.
• Proven ability to produce executive-grade portfolio reporting and drive decisions.
• Finance acumen to read business cases and explain variances.
• Experience in regulated or audit-intensive environments where governance matters.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery lifecycle from intake to review.
• Maintain and govern PMO framework, tooling, and version control.
• Lead executive-facing reporting on delivery health, risk, and capacity.
• Prepare governance materials and drive decision-making for portfolio reviews.
• Develop and mentor PMO team; evolve tooling and practices including AI-assisted reporting.
