Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Technology Project Manager to drive security and compliance initiatives across multiple teams. This role emphasizes accountability, delivering on time, and reducing friction to enable the security team to excel.

You will work within the Technology Project Management function of the PMO to manage PCI DSS, ISMS, audits, and vendor security assessments while leveraging AI and automation to improve reporting and coordination across security and compliance workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, delivering security or compliance initiatives in fast-moving environments.
• Experience with information security concepts, frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST), and PCI DSS.
• Strong foundations in RAID, dependency mapping, stakeholder management, planning, and scope control across Agile/Waterfall/Kanban.
• Experience with cross-functional technical teams and PM/GRC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver predictable security roadmaps with clear progress, risks, mitigations, and trade-offs for leadership decisions.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies across security and compliance workstreams.
• Maintain momentum across teams, ensuring alignment of cross-functional workstreams, auditors, and external vendors.
• Ensure smooth delivery by raising issues early, proposing solutions, and simplifying security complexity.
• Coordinate audits and vendor assessments, ensuring timely evidence requests and readiness.
• Leverage AI/automation to streamline reporting, tracking, and communication.
• Foster a security-aware culture through documentation, templates, and enablement.
