Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a highly motivated security leader to manage a contract, lead Supervisors and staff, and ensure 100% compliance with training and policy. The role includes developing security procedures, coordinating with police and fire departments, and maintaining post safety and service quality at the client site.

The position requires 2+ years in loss prevention/security management, a valid license, and the ability to supervise, train, and report on payroll and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree.
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; offer conditioned on clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV, and access systems.
• One year in a management position within the Security Industry.
• Valid Driver's License and licensing requirements as mandated by state.
• CPR and First Aid certification a plus; additional qualifications may be specified.

Responsibilities

• Lead at client site, enforce security programs, ensure post orders are followed.
• Develop security procedures, ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Maintain life safety system knowledge (CCTV, fire panels, elevators).
• Train and supervise security officers, review post orders and conduct counseling.
• Coordinate with operations and client representatives on performance.
• Assist in payroll and staff information submissions; ensure adequate coverage.
• Schedule inspections, ensure sign-in/out accuracy, and meet customer expectations.
• Drive recruitment, staffing plans, and security program improvements.
• Maintain records, build staff recognition, and manage budgets.
