Qualifications

• Strong understanding of networking concepts (Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs).
• Proficient with authoring tools and CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-user documentation for security products.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer support to gather information.
• Create installation guides, release notes, and user content.
• Organize complex information for diverse personas (end users, installers, support staff).
• Edit and update documentation to reflect product updates and new features.
