Qualifications

Experience creating technical documentation for software, hardware, or networked systems
Excellent writing, interviewing, and analytical skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts to clear content
Strong collaboration with engineering and program teams
U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

Create and maintain technical documentation including installation and system docs
Gather, interpret, and validate technical information from engineers
Lead doc efforts across multiple SNS projects
Establish doc standards aligned with DoD, NIST, ISO
Manage content in wikis, SharePoint, and version-controlled systems
