Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer in Networking, Telecom, Cloud, or Storage industries.
• Experience working with DITA/XML using the Oxygen XML Editor.
• Proficient in creating videos using the Adobe Acrobat Suite.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, with experience in using styles and macros highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining document quality.
• Ability to write documentation from scratch, not just edit existing documents.
