Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America in San Francisco is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to manage a segment of guarding operations at the client site. You will supervise security personnel, coach staff, and ensure post orders are followed.

This role requires coordinating with line management, inspecting posts, and maintaining high service quality across sites to deliver reliable security. Experience in security operations and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and 1 year of experience in security operations.
• Equivalent education and experience may be substituted as determined by the company.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Manages a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at client's site.
• Supervises Shift Supervisors and other security personnel.
• Coaches and trains personnel; conducts inspections to ensure post orders are followed.
• Maintains payroll records and supports administrative procedures for operations.
• Coordinates with line management regarding scheduling, staffing, and client needs.
