Job summary

Colorado Convention Center seeks a Security Services Coordinator to work with the Security Manager to keep staff trainings up to date and coordinate staffing for events. You will maintain SOPs and communicate security information across departments, ensuring deadlines and safety standards are met.

The role involves coordinating with Event Managers, HR for video reviews, and external security partners. A strong emphasis on documentation, reliability and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Absence of felony or violent crime convictions.
• Two to four years security experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and document all Security Department trainings.
• Provide backup support for Surveillance and Base Coordinator staff.
• Coordinate staffing with Event Managers and maintenance teams.
• Update SOPs and ensure timely communication for events and operations.
• Prepare for meetings with surrounding security entities and DPS.
• Ensure 24/7 reports are followed up and closed with correct information.
