ASM Global at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver is seeking a Security Services Coordinator to support the Security Manager by coordinating trainings, staffing for events, and updating SOPs. You will liaise with Denver Police, Event Management, and Operations to ensure smooth security operations for busy event schedules.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic venue.

Formación

• Two to four years security experience and a clean background.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to coordinate trainings and staffing for events.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and document Security Department trainings including new hires and refreshers.
• Provide backup support for Surveillance and Base Coordinator when needed.
• Coordinate staffing for events and update SOPs for departments.
• Collaborate with HR on video review requests and records timelines.
• Maintain POD system data and communicate with Event Management for changes.
• Ensure security schedules meet building requirements and are reviewed.
