The candidate will maintain training records, stay current with instructional methods, and coordinate schedules across shifts to support client needs and security operations.

Qualifications

• Experience patrolling and maintaining security presence.
• Ability to control access and ensure safety.
• Experience with CCTV cameras.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Ability to respond to incidents promptly.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Experience coordinating with management and law enforcement as needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate records and logs of all training conducted
• Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify gaps
• Use experience to stay up-to-date on training methods
• Assess instructional effectiveness and impact on employee skills
• Gather feedback after sessions and report to Training Manager
• Partner with Client and lead the team to meet requirements
• Maintain curriculum database and training records
• Manage local training office and equipment
• Research and recommend new training methods
• Be available for post coverages when needed
• Be available to work differing hours and shifts based on client/officer needs
