Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator to plan, deliver, and track training for security personnel, with emphasis on Supervisors at construction sites.

You will coordinate and conduct orientation, licensing, and safety training while ensuring compliance with client contracts and regulatory requirements. The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in security, strong training background, and reliable transportation for travel between sites and office locations.

Competenze

• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in security.
• Background in training and safety required.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel between sites and office as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact across diverse cultures.

Mansioni

• Trains employees and job candidates; conducts new employee orientation, mandatory licensing training, on-the-job training, and health and safety training.
• Ensures compliance with legally mandated, contractual, and company training requirements; documents training for licensing and client contracts.
• Confers with managers to determine training needs and approaches; develops and coordinates training schedules with management.
• Uses varied instructional methods: lectures, demonstrations, simulations, role playing, and computer-based training.
• Maintains training materials, manuals, testing, and evaluation resources; prepares trainee progress reports.
