Job summary

Epic Hosting seeks a Security Operations Technician to join a SOC team securing Epic's SaaS infrastructure for large healthcare clients. You will identify security events, coordinate investigations across teams, and drive long-term process improvements to prevent recurring issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with security monitoring and incident response processes.
• Ability to analyze security events and coordinate cross‑team investigations.
• Proficiency with PowerShell or similar scripting for automation is a plus.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area and eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Available for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift; COVID-19 vaccination is preferred.
