Job summary

Epic Hosting is seeking a Security Operations Technician to join the SOC team that protects Epic's SaaS infrastructure for major healthcare clients. You will identify security events, coordinate investigations across multiple teams, and push for long-term security improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying security events and coordinating investigations across teams.
• Ability to propose long-term process improvements rather than quick fixes.
• Familiarity with SIEM, MFA, and ITIL concepts.

Responsibilities

• Escalate security incidents and provide relevant information.
• Follow policies and procedures and escalate when policies or procedures are not followed.
• Support confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
