Job summary

Epic Hosting on the Madison, WI campus is seeking a Security Operations Technician to join the SOC team securing Epic's SaaS infrastructure for healthcare clients.

You will detect security events, coordinate investigations across teams, and push for long-term process improvements while staying ahead of emerging threats. Relocation assistance is provided, and Epic emphasizes growth and inclusive, merit-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, app whitelisting, and DLP.
• Knowledge of log analysis, monitoring, and auditing.
• PowerShell scripting is a plus.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and access management.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area is reimbursed.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
