Job summary

Epic Hosting is hiring a Security Operations Technician to join the SOC team securing Epic's SaaS infrastructure for major healthcare clients. You will identify security events, coordinate investigations across teams, and push for long-term process improvements while staying current with new threats.

Relocation to the Madison, WI area is reimbursed. Eligible candidates should be able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying security events and coordinating investigations across teams.
• Ability to propose long-term process improvements and stay updated on threats.
• Familiarity with SIEM, MFA, ITIL tools and log analysis.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area reimbursed.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Following policies and procedures and escalating when policies or procedures are not followed.
• Escalating potential security incidents and providing relevant information.
• Meeting all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.
