Epic is seeking a Security Operations Technician on the Hosting team, based near Madison, WI, with relocation assistance provided. You will join a SOC that protects Epic's SaaS infrastructure for major healthcare clients, identify security events, and coordinate investigations across multiple teams. The role emphasizes long-term process improvements and staying ahead of threats.

Relocation to the Madison area is reimbursed. After five years, you may take a sabbatical anywhere in the world.

Competenze

• Familiarity with enterprise firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, application whitelisting, and DLP.
• Experience in log analysis, monitoring, and security auditing or SOC work.
• Security certifications are a plus (SANS/GIAC GSEC; ISC2 SSCP; EC-Council ECSA; CompTIA Security+).
• PowerShell scripting helpful.
• Experience with access management and ITIL tools is a plus.
