Epic Hosting is seeking a Security Operations Technician to join the SOC team that protects Epic's SaaS infrastructure for major healthcare clients. You will identify security events, coordinate investigations, and drive long-term process improvements while staying ahead of threats.

The role offers relocation assistance to Madison, WI and the chance to work on a globally scoped security program. You will contribute to safeguarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting,

Qualifications

Experience in a security operations center or similar environment.
Knowledge of security events, investigations, and incident response.

Responsibilities

Identify security events in the environment and coordinate investigation and response across multiple teams.
Propose long-term process improvements rather than quick fixes.
Stay current on emerging threats and implement new information security solutions.
Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
Follow policies and escalate when policy violations occur.
