Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and staff at client posts and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and seek guidance as needed.
• Train officers and review post orders and assignment details with team.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions in coordination with management.
• Prepare and submit reports; inspect posts and communicate with subordinates.
