Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a security supervisor to manage officers at client sites in Delaware. The role focuses on enforcing post orders, completing rounds, and filing required reports while coordinating with management and clients for high-security standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, training security personnel, and ensuring proper coverage and incident reporting. A Delaware State Guard Card and prior security leadership experience are required to perform

Qualifications

• Delaware State Guard Card required with prior security leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years related experience.
• Knowledge of security operations, patrols, inspections and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers to ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach, discipline and document performance; meet with employees as needed.
• Train officers and review post orders and assignment details with the team.
• Assist in payroll submissions and ensure adequate post coverage.
• Provide client-facing updates and quality customer service on security requirements.
