Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Control Room Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and lead posts at client sites. You will ensure adherence to post orders, complete rounds, file reports, and coordinate with management for adequate coverage.

Based on essential functions, you will coach and train staff, assist with payroll data, and maintain client communications to ensure top-tier security and customer service. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum 2 years of related security experience.
• Driver Certification.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel at client sites.
• Ensure post orders are followed; complete rounds and file reports.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignments.
• Assist payroll and personnel submissions.
• Coordinate coverage for posts and positions.
• Prepare, file, and submit reports.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements and quality service.
• Provide hiring, disciplinary, and termination recommendations as needed.
• May perform Security Officer duties as required.
