Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Control Room Supervisor to oversee security officers and lead staff at client sites. The role requires weekend availability and a background in security supervision.

Typical duties include coaching, training, and ensuring adherence to post orders, rounds, and reporting. A high school diploma or GED with 2 years related experience is expected. Driver certification is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years of related experience.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Leads at client site(s) and ensure post orders and rounds are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and seek guidance from management.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignment details with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions; coordinate with management and client.
• Prepare, file and submit required reports; inspect posts and brief subordinates.
