Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Account Manager in Culver City, CA. The role oversees site security operations, directs Supervisors and Security Professionals, and ensures compliance with client orders and procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of all operational aspects of the security contract at the site; assign work tasks to Supervisors and Security Professionals.
• Act as the first direct management contact for Shift Supervisors or Security Professionals regarding performance and operations.
• Select and develop direct reports; implement career development and performance plans.
• Update Post Orders, Operating Procedures, and training materials; ensure guidance is followed.
• Conduct interviews and on-the-job training for new staff; coordinate with training team.
• Develop and maintain training materials; evaluate security procedures and implement improvements.
• Oversee all reports and pass-downs; distribute communications to Security Professionals.
• Respond to incidents; ensure proper reporting and timely notification of leadership.
• Collect and evaluate security logs and incident reports for leadership.
• Identify personnel issues and assist with investigations and disciplinary actions as directed.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and maintain client relationships; ensure professional standards.
• Maintain organized security office area and support security staff; perform duties as needed up to 50% time.
