Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager to lead security services delivery across client sites. You will oversee frontline hiring, scheduling, training, and compliance while supporting employees and clients.

The role focuses on workforce stability, service quality, and proactive issue resolution. Responsibilities include managing post schedules in WinTeam, ensuring contract staffing alignment, and maintaining effective communication with site teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license for company vehicle or personal vehicle use.
• Three years of leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Strong leadership and client relations skills.
• Proficiency with web-based apps and Microsoft Office; BI tools.
• Effective networking for safety and trust.

Responsibilities

• Manage the selection and placement process for new security professionals and first-line supervisors; design career development and performance plans; evaluate low-performing staff for replacement, upgrade or transfer.
• Make initial job offers and transfers using company forms; publish weekly Open Post List; manage job openings within division/branch.
