Job summary

Epic Hosting on Epic's campus is seeking a Security Operations Technician to join a SOC team securing Epic's SaaS infrastructure for major healthcare clients. You will identify security events and coordinate investigations across teams, focusing on long-term process improvements and proactive threat mitigation.

Relocation to Madison, WI is provided with reimbursement; bonus eligibility, stock grants, and comprehensive benefits accompany merit-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations and incident response.
• Relocation to Madison WI and US work authorization.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required.
• Willingness to work 1st/2nd/3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Identify security events and coordinate investigations across multiple teams.
• Recommend long-term process improvements rather than quick fixes.
• Stay current on emerging threats and implement security solutions.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting systems.
