Job summary

Diamond Security USA is seeking an organized, hands-on Security Operations Manager to coordinate daily operations, staffing, compliance, and service quality across contracts in the Tulsa area. This role is responsible for keeping teams properly staffed, ensuring personnel meet assignment requirements, and addressing operational issues before they affect service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in private security, law enforcement, military service, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle for travel between locations.
• Working knowledge of operational procedures, post orders, and contract-based service delivery.
• Understanding of state licensing requirements and personnel qualification standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee schedules and post coverage to meet contractual requirements.
• Review attendance, call-offs, overtime, and coverage needs; arrange replacements or adjustments.
• Monitor labor utilization and scheduling practices to support efficient operations and cost control.
• Lead site supervisors and field personnel; conduct site visits to evaluate staffing and readiness.
• Maintain accurate records of staffing, training, and compliance; ensure post orders are followed.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, Training, and district leadership to resolve operational challenges.
