Job summary

Allied Universal, one of North America's leading security and facility services companies, is seeking a Service Manager for the Houston area. You will guide a team of security officers and supervisors, ensuring contractual hours are met and service excellence.

In this role you drive Caring Leadership, client engagement, and operational oversight, leverage BI tools for metrics, and maintain safety standards while managing payroll and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years managing hourly staff in a fast-paced service org.
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years managing hourly staff in a fast-paced service org.
• High school diploma with 5+ years managing hourly staff in a fast-paced service org.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company or personal vehicle for business
• Experience leading diverse teams and building client relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations and front-line supervisors to meet client hours.
• Recruit, train, schedule, payroll, evaluate performance, and handle employee relations.
• Serve as primary client contact to deliver high-quality service and protect people/assets.
• Utilize BI platforms to track metrics, optimize schedules, and improve profitability
