Responsibilities include scheduling, team development, client relationship management, incident response, and compliance oversight. A high school diploma is required, with experience in security management and a track record of building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain a dynamic team while building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, security protocols, risk assessments, and coordination with authorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to align with client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, including hiring, coaching, payroll oversight, performance, and employee relations.
• Strengthen client relationships by serving as the primary contact and ensuring high-quality service.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams as needed.
• Oversee compliance and security operation standards, including training, safety, and inventory management.
