Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial security programs and the ability to identify and evaluate policies and procedures to protect company personnel and assets.
• Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large operational, production, sales, service or administrative team.
• Work is guided by operational and project objectives.
• Set clear expectations for work outcomes and manage performance.
• Manage a staff of professional-level team members or oversee through lower-level supervisors.
• Work within general policies, independently determining approach to daily operations.
• Provide guidance and technical advice, becoming actively involved as necessary.
• Develop and implement company policies affecting operations across a small geographic area.
• Develop, implement and maintain security procedures to meet business requirements.
• Analyze, investigate and recommend improvements related to loss control and incident reports.
• Manage and be accountable for the security budget across the operations in the area.
