Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a U.S. accredited college, university, or institution.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant experience including managing a business-hours SOC for 2,000+ users.
• Hands‑on experience in data collection, detection, triage and investigation, as well as incident response.
• Experience creating and implementing processes for incident detection, response, and escalation.
• Experience assessing incident reports, coordinating response efforts, and ensuring incidents are handled effectively.
• Understands security engineering best practices with meaningful security engineering accomplishments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent oral and written communication.
