Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. seeks a Security Operations Center Operations Supervisor to lead the SOC team across risk management, access control, investigations, and security system administration.

You will drive program growth, collaborate with managers, and coordinate with client contacts to deliver high-value security outcomes. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and operational expertise to design SOC processes, manage alarms, and mentor staff, while maintaining

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years building SOC programs in a high-tech environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with risk management systems (WorldCue, Everbridge, NC4).
• Experience with access control systems (Genetec, Lenel, C-Cure).
• Knowledge of SOC technologies, procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SOC Operations Center team and ensure service delivery.
• Build relationships with partners for badge program execution and deliverables.
• Maintain compliance on all badging requirements with stakeholders.
• Liaise with customers on contract performance and KPIs.
• Mentor and coach SOC staff to align with company values.
• Develop and manage the SOC program and related projects.
• Support security plans with Account Manager and implement SOC objectives.
• Create process materials for SOC operators in risk management and investigations.
• Identify future needs and develop training curricula for SOC staff.
• Oversee performance, provide hands-on support, and assess staff skills.
• Design and implement new SOC processes; adapt to changing priorities.
• Coordinate technology platforms, troubleshooting, and security systems support.
