Job summary

Technogen, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking an experienced Security Operations Leader to oversee a large operational team and drive incident response and loss prevention.

This role balances hands-on security program management with strategic leadership across a defined geography. You will set expectations, guide daily operations, manage the security budget, and implement procedures that protect personnel and assets.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial security programs and the ability to identify and evaluate policies and procedures to protect company personnel and assets.
• Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or equivalent qualification.

• Manage a staff of professional-level team members or oversee through lower-level supervisors.

• Analyze, investigate and recommend improvements related to loss control and incident reports.

Rate: $47/ Hour on W2 & $53/ Hour on C2C

Work Location : Cleveland, OH (This role would require the candidate to work onsite once a month so we would prefer local or nearby located candidates who can manage without having to travel)

Note : This role would require a balance of technical expertise in SOC operations, incidence response and operational experience and technical team leadership.

Role Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision to a large team of operational, production, sales, service or administrative team members, or a small staff of professional-level team members.
• Work is guided by operational and project objectives.
• Sets and communicates clear expectations for work outcomes and manages performance.
• Manages a staff of professional-level team members or manages a team through lower-level supervisors.
• Works within general policies and management guidance, independently determining approach to managing daily operations.
• Provides guidance and technical advice, becoming actively involved as necessary.
• Develops, modifies and executes company policies that affect Company operations(s) across a small geographical area.
• Develops, implements and maintains security procedures to meet business requirements.
• Analyzes, investigates and recommends process improvements related to loss control and incident reports.
• Manages and is accountable for the Security budget for the operations across a small geographic area.

Role Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial security programs and the ability to identify and evaluate policies and procedures to compliment the business objectives while protecting company personnel and assets.
• Certified Protection Professional or Certified Fraud Examiner or equivalent internationally recognized qualification.
