• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software (Winteam).

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations and client contracts for the guarding division.
• Maintain financial performance and P&L management.
• Ensure and maintain audit procedures compliant with regulations.
• Recruit, interview, and develop staff to meet client needs.
• Develop client relations and secure new business opportunities.
• Prepare reports and documentation.
• Travel up to 25%.
