You will handle escalated issues, coach staff, and maintain access control and CCTV operations. The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 3 years of supervisory security experience, a valid state security license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3 years of related supervisory security experience.
• Valid Security License as required by state; driver’s license if applicable.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; bilingual a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on the specified shift.
• Manage a team of security officers including scheduling, payroll, training and coaching.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Develop staff through performance coaching and recognition.
• Maintain access control procedures and monitor CCTV systems.
