Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with 3 years as a security officer or related experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check; valid security license may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Supervise operations of an assigned client site on the shift.
• Manage a team of security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching and development.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies appropriately.
• Develop staff through performance management and training; maintain positive work environment.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and post orders; coordinate investigations.
• Operate access control and CCTV systems and manage visitor flow.
• Provide assistance to tenants and visitors with directions and information.
