Job summary

Marksman Security in Atlanta is seeking an Assistant Director of Security to lead client-site operations and supervise a team of security officers on assigned shifts.

You will report to the Site Supervisor/Director, ensure top-tier security services, manage staff development, and coordinate training and incident response while maintaining clear documentation and professional client communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3 years security experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid security license if required by state.
• Must read, write, speak English; bilingual a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned client site on shift.
• Report to Site Supervisor/Director and manage security officers.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Develop staff through coaching, training and performance feedback.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and post orders for emergencies.
• Coordinate training, scheduling and payroll as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.
