Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business, or related field with 2+ years of experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization
• Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization
• High school diploma with 5+ years of experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws
• Valid driver’s license for driving company/personal vehicle in business"

Responsibilities

• Ensure security protocols and standards are upheld; manage frontline supervisors and officers to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage supervisors/officers; handle payroll, evaluations, and employee relations
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring high-quality service and protection of people and property
• Leverage BI tools to track metrics, optimize schedules, and reduce non-billed overtime for efficiency and profitability
