Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience and be able to manage a shift across multiple sites.
• Ability to coach and train security personnel and ensure post orders are followed.
• Experience inspecting posts, evaluating service quality and taking corrective action when needed.
• Strong communication with clients and line management; payroll and administrative tasks.
• Safety and regulatory compliance awareness and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Manages a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites.
• Ensures service expectations are met through client contact and inspections.
• Participates in security planning, assessments and post-order updates.
• Coordinates orientation and training of staff; disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintains payroll records and related information; ensures timely reporting.
