Responsibilities

• Manages a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites.
• Supervises Field Supervisors and other security personnel.
• Performs inspections and ensures post orders are followed.
• Coaches and trains personnel.
• Maintains payroll records and other employee information.
• Coordinates with line management and clients on security planning and scheduling.
